• The more information provided the better, but pay particular attention to these tabs:

• "General Information": In addition to your HQ address, add other addresses associated with your company (e.g., manufacturing locations).
• "Capability" : Enter employee count, annual revenue, and primary NAICS code.
• "Company Type" : Select all that apply to your organization.
• "Stryker" Company Registration: Answer all questions.

• You must sign and submit the final tab document for your information to be submitted.

Suppliers not already partnering with us: This portal is the primary source for our teams to learn about your business. Due to the volume and frequency of inquiries we receive, we cannot guarantee solicitations outside of our portal (e.g., email, social media, phone calls, etc.) will be reviewed.
