Read before registering:

• During registration you will be presented with tabs to complete.
• Click [Save] at the bottom of each tab before proceeding.
• The more information provided the better, but pay particular attention to these tabs:

• "General Information": In addition to your HQ address, add other addresses associated with your company (e.g., manufacturing locations).
• "Capability" : Enter employee count, annual revenue, and primary NAICS code.
• "Company Type" : Select all that apply to your business (e.g., Small Business; Woman Owned; etc.).

• You must sign and submit the final tab document for your information to be submitted.

Suppliers not currently doing business with us: Please also complete the "Stryker" Company Registration tab. This is a main source for us learn about your business. Due to the volume and frequency of inquiries we get, we can’t guarantee solicitations outside of our portal (e.g., email, phone calls, social media, etc.) will be reviewed.
